It hasn’t always been bright lights and show business for Lezlie Anders. She traded the boardroom for the stage in 1988 when she came back to music after I5 years of the corporate life.

Combining business acumen with talent she produced a long running variety revue in Portland, Oregon and organized and fronted the Roseland Dance Orchestra. It is with this orchestra that Lezlie performed for The President of the United States. She also hosted a weekly radio show combining jazz and talk radio and wrote a monthly column for a popular entertainment publication.

Moving to Las Vegas in 1992 she began an eighteen-month engagement at The Desert Inn’s Starlight Theatre. It was on that stage where she met Buddy Greco. Since then their partnership has produced an acclaimed world tour, where she appears as his opening act, a television special, a benefit show, which they produced for The Society of Singers, and four record albums.

Lezlie’s first solo album includes such jazz notables as Buddy Greco, Joe Lano, Don Menza and Carl Fontana. She does Porter, Gershwin, Mercer and Arlen like only a woman who has lived the lyrics can. Her interpretation is sensual and sincere and her warm feeling for each of the songs she does gives them a new kind of Life.

When not touring Lezlie performs with her ten-piece dance band, The Lezlie Anders Orchestra. She also does television commercials and film work. She and Buddy are active members of the Society of Singers and The Las Vegas First Church of Religious
